At ONE Fight Night 10, Sage Northcutt intends to defeat Ahmed Mujtaba.
When he returns to action at ONE Fight Night 10, the 27-year-old is aiming to make a big impression. Sage Northcutt stated to the press that he intended to finish:
“Whether it’s a submission, whether it’s ground-and-pound, or it’s a knockout, whatever it is, everybody wants a finish. That would be the ideal way to win, but you know I’m training for any aspect out there, so that way I’m prepared.”
For the first time since winning the ONE Championship in May 2019, the American superstar will enter the Circle. The long-awaited return of Super’ Sage Northcutt at ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video is almost here, and fans can’t wait to watch him fight once more.
With eight of his 11 competitive victories coming by way of stoppage, Super’ Sage is used to scoring finishes. This includes victories in the UFC over Cody Pfister, Francisco Trevio, and Zak Ottow.
Ahmed Mujtaba, meanwhile, has a 4-2 record inside the Circle after defeating Benedict Ang, Kaiwen Li, Rahul Raju, and most recently Abrao Amorim. He will put Northcutt to the test when he comes back.

In their upcoming fight, returning American fighter Sage Northcutt will offer a challenge that Pakistani martial arts legend Ahmed Mujtaba is confident he can meet. He envisions himself recording his third consecutive victory.
The two competitors are scheduled to square off on May 5 at the 1stBank Center in Colorado, United States, during ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video.
“Wolverine” is on the hunt for a further triumph to continue his winning streak. His ultimate objective is to solidify his position in the division and amass a strong resume that would be deserving of a future shot at the world championship.
After a nearly four-year layoff from competition due to different medical issues, the Quetta native anticipates Sage Northcutt to enter his first fight with a strong sense of determination. He has, however, indicated that he is ready for it.
“‘As far as I’m concerned, with Sage, I don’t care whatever his attacks, whatever his plans would be, I’m ready for the answers’, Ahmed Mujtaba told ONE Championship in an interview.”
Ahmed Mujtaba recently defeated Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt Abraao Amorim via choke in round one of their fight back in November. He was comfortable in the fight from the beginning, capping it off at the 4:32 mark of the first round with a triangle choke that essentially put an end to the contest.In his six fights since making his promotional debut in 2016, “Wolverine” has won four of them, including the last two.
